Added Hide_resolving button (you can find it on Timings title of results chart). This allows you to see loading diagram of hypothetical case where resolving time is absolute zero.

Description

With Site-Perf.com, you get an accurate, realistic, and helpful estimation of your site's loading speed. The script fully emulates natural browser behaviour downloading your page with all the images, CSS, JS and other files – just like a regular user. Spot bottlenecks, reach perfect performance and balance your site load with Site-Perf.com, a smart and flexible testing tool. Focus on important things while Site-Perf.com delivers the speed facts straight to your screen. Try it right now!

Features

Accuracy and details
Move mouse over elements to see additional data, like http-headers for each request, exact timing values, per host timing summary...
Site-Perf.com emulates true-to-life browser behavior in a smart and advanced way giving you all the values and figures which may matter to a speed-conscious site owner. See just how much value our detailed, accurate reports contain.
HTTP-compression support
Move mouse over compress ratio value to see uncompressed size of html-document. Site-Perf.com will hide 'compress ratio' column if none of html-documents were compressed.
All modern browsers use HTTP-compression to accelerate site loading. With Site-Perf.com you can easily measure effectiveness of compression and verify how disabling this feature affects site loading performance.
Keep-Alive support
Site-Perf.com doesn't necessary create new connection for each request but reuses free previously established one, avoiding unnecessary delays which distort testing results.
Most measurement tools of today don't use Keep-Alive creating a separate TCP connection for every item to be downloaded. Modern browsers, on the other hand, use Keep-Alive to speed up site loading. Site-Perf.com gives you realistic results which reflect typical user experience.
Advanced on-the-fly HTML parsing
Site-Perf.com doesn't require html-document to be fully downloaded to extract urls of its requisites. It parses currently available data at delivery time.
Less sophisticated testing tools wait till the entire HTML page is loaded. When modern browsers start rendering the page as it is loading, such testing results are of little value. Get the true figures with Site-Perf.com processing the HTML in real time, in a highly optimized way so that simultaneous tests do not affect each other.
HTTP-Authentication support
Do you care about performance of your member-area? With Site-Perf.com there is no need in opening it or making full copy for testing. Just create account named 'siteperf' with any password to get performance figures.
Smart parallel downloads
You can see how fast your site loads in various browsers by selecting proper value for 'max threads per host' setting.
Just like today's browsers, Site-Perf.com uses multiple download threads. The number of simultaneous connections per domain and per single test run is limited, which also imitates browsers behaviour.
Internet link control
With Site-Perf.com you are able to see how your site behaves on internet link with specified parameters, like limited bandwidth.
DNS override
Are you moving some domain from one server to another? Then test performance of new server before real traffic will go there. Simply specify the IP to use for the domain, and Site-Perf.com will ignore DNS and use IP-address you've provided.
Tests from around the world
Select various test-points and see how testing results are changed.
Find out exactly how fast your site is for visitors from all over the globe. See the bottlenecks and take measures to make your online business available to everyone. You can even test your ISP's network by using its server as the test point.
Full referer support
There's no need to make time-consuming changes to the way your site works to have it tested. Site-Perf.com will easily benchmark pages with active 'hotlink' protection.
Store and exchange test results
Your testing results are saved and can be seen at any time in the future from any location.
Just after Site-Perf.com has finished testing your site, you can view the performance chart, save the link to it for future reference, or send this link to anyone you want. This is a perfect way to keep your teem updated on latest performance figures.

Limitations

Cookies are not supported (due to security reasons)
Only HTTP, no HTTPS support
Only 'gzip' method of HTTP traffic compression is supported at the moment
Only 'basic' method of HTTP-Authentication is supported
Limited number of tests per hour without anti-bot protection
No JavaScript support

Description

The most important characteristic of network link quality is not its bandwidth throughput but packet loss ratio (PLR). For example both 1Gbit/s and 10Gbit/s internet links with 2-5% PLR are almost completely useless for business application. With Site-Perf.com, you can measure real network quality to your server with high precision. Try it right now!

Features

Sub-percent precision
It's quite important to know exact rate of packet loss and where it begin to occurs.
Site-Perf.com sends 1000 packets total per each hop to measure packet loss ratio with very high precision.
Fast measurement
While other tools require up to several minutes to achieve such high precision, Site-Perf.com needs only 10 seconds because it sends packets with constant rate 100 packets per second for each hop regardless of how long the trace is.
TCP and UDP support
Some Internet Service Providers (ISP) apply different Quality-of-Service (QoS) rules to different kinds of traffic, causing most network tools to show better results because they use ICMP protocol for network probes. Site-Perf.com is able to use TCP and UDP protocols to measure real network performance.
Detailed histogram
Site-Perf.com provides detailed histogram of distribution of round-trip time (RTT) from each host at each hop. Additionally to min/avg/max values of RTT, this allows to see real network behaviour.
Multipath support
No matter in how many paths ISP split going through traffic - Site-Perf.com show every host at each hop with its individual statistic.

Limitations

For reliable results when using TCP protocol it's required that tested host have port 80 (http) opened and accepted incoming connections at unlimited rate.
When using ICMP protocol Site-Perf.com decreases packets sending rate from 100 to 80 pkt/sec for last hop. The reason is that most FreeBSD machines limit icmp responses rate to 200 pkt/sec by default, so using full sending rate will cause needless packet drop.
